It was a chilly, October morning, 4:56am. One light on in the loft where I meet with Jesus, under the fuzzy white blanket. This particular day I was full of weeping worship, and a…

Psalm 104: 8 [The waters] flowed over the mountains, they went down into the valleys to the place you assigned for them. When I read this verse I can picture alpine streams ribboning through…

“You got this Gavin!” “Way to be there, McCorkle!” “Nice shot 4-2!” Believe it or not, these cheers didn’t come from me. I was squinting into the sun at 9am on a Saturday morning,…

Numbers 21: 34 The Lord said to Moses, “Do not be afraid of him, for I have delivered him into your hands, along with his whole army and his land” I love how God…

Sing with me… “The joy, the joy… The joy of the Lord is my STRENGTH!” This song by Maverick City Music is one of those that lodges in your head and replays over and…

Not an inch of space was left in the 2008 Nissan Titan. Three teens in the back seat, sitting shoulder to shoulder, truck bed piled high with sleeping bags, a 12-man tent for our…

● About Me
I’m Tricia McCorkle. Follower of Jesus, wife, mom to three teens, musician, and Southern California high school teacher. I use this blog as a place to share my heart, especially about Scripture. I don’t have all the answers, but I try to be obedient to the Holy Spirit about what to share.
I named the blog “Pages and Stages” to reflect my years of journaling about God’s Word and my journey through life. Pages hold a special place in my heart – whether they are the pages of the Bible or the pages where I’ve recorded how those words have shaped my own story. Many of my blog posts you find here started as cursive writing on paper. (I’m old-school like that!)
As you read, picture us sitting across the table with some coffee and carbs between us. If you have thoughts about what you read, I’d love to discuss…drop a comment! I appreciate you stopping by in my little corner of the internet. God bless you today.
You are seen and loved.
